The AI Skincare Assistant allows you to:
• Ask questions about skincare routines, products, and cosmetic concerns
• Receive personalized beauty recommendations based on your previous analysis

• Explore cosmetic topics in a conversational format
• Analyze images of your skin within the chat for targeted advice (available with subscription or 3-day free trial)
IMPORTANT: The AI Skincare Assistant requires a paid subscription or active 3-day free trial to access all features, including image analysis capabilities. Text-based chat may have limited availability without a subscription.

2.3 How We Protect Your Data
Your privacy in the AI Skincare Assistant is protected through multiple security measures:
1. Local Storage Only: All chat conversations are stored LOCALLY on your device. MobiAi does NOT store your chat history on any servers - period.
2. Zero Server Storage: MobiAi servers do NOT store, retain, or keep any copies of your chat messages. Your conversations are never saved to our databases. We use ChatGPT API (OpenAI) for conversation processing only - messages are sent directly from your device to OpenAI and responses come back to your device. MobiAi acts as a secure bridge but NEVER stores the content.
3. ChatGPT API Processing: Your chat messages are processed using OpenAI's ChatGPT API to generate intelligent, personalized responses. The processing happens in real-time and messages are immediately discarded from our systems after delivery.
4. Encrypted Transmission: All communication between your device and OpenAI's API uses secure HTTPS encryption to protect your data in transit.
5. No Data Selling: Your chat data is NEVER sold, shared with advertisers, or used for marketing purposes.
6. OpenAI Processing: Your chat messages are temporarily processed by OpenAI's ChatGPT API to generate personalized responses. According to OpenAI's policies:
• API data is NOT used to train their models
• Messages are automatically deleted from their systems (typically within 30 days maximum)
• Data is handled in compliance with strict privacy standards
7. Image Analysis in Chat: If you share images within the AI Skincare Assistant (requires subscription or free trial), images are:
• Sent directly to OpenAI's API for cosmetic analysis
• Processed temporarily and automatically deleted after analysis
• NOT stored on MobiAi servers
• Stored locally on your device only if you choose to save the conversation
8. Complete User Control: You have full control over your chat history:
• Erase entire conversations anytime from Chat Settings within the app
• Delete all chat history instantly from the dedicated Chat Settings menu
• Uninstalling the app will permanently delete all chat data from your device
• No backup copies are stored on cloud servers or MobiAi databases
2.4 What Data Does the AI Assistant Collect?
The AI Skincare Assistant collects minimal data:
• Chat Messages: Your questions and the AI's responses are stored locally on your device for conversation continuity. MobiAi does NOT store any chat history on servers.
• Images Shared in Chat: If you choose to share images within the AI Assistant (requires subscription or 3-day free trial):
- Images are sent directly to OpenAI's ChatGPT API for cosmetic analysis
- Images are NOT stored on MobiAi servers
- Images are processed temporarily by OpenAI and automatically deleted
- Local copies remain on your device only if saved in chat history
• Analysis Context: The AI may reference your previous skin analysis results (if available) to provide personalized recommendations
• No Personal Identifiers: The AI does NOT collect your name, email, phone number, or other personally identifiable information through chat
• Subscription Requirement: Full access to AI Skincare Assistant features, including image analysis, requires an active paid subscription or 3-day free trial

Mobiai is designed to help users:
• Capture or upload a facial photo.
• Receive an overall cosmetic score (1–10) representing their facial appearance.
• Get a concise recommendation related to cosmetic concerns (maximum 20 words).
• Receive personalized AI-generated skincare routines and product recommendations.
• Chat with the AI Skincare Assistant for personalized beauty advice and skincare questions.
• Track results over time using graphs and visual trends.
• Share results as an image containing the user photo, Mobiai branding, and score.
• Maintain daily streaks to encourage consistent engagement.
Mobiai does not diagnose, treat, or provide clinical medical advice. All outputs are for educational and cosmetic exploration purposes.
3. User Consent and Onboarding
Before starting the App, users must:
• Read and agree to the Terms of Service.
• Read and accept this Privacy Policy.
• Confirm they understand the App is non-medical.
Consent is recorded locally to ensure that the user understands and agrees to these terms. Users cannot access the App features without agreeing to the Privacy Policy and Terms.
4. Face Photos & Processing
When you capture or upload a facial image, it is securely transmitted to OpenAI (ChatGPT API) for analysis. After analysis (score, recommendation, skincare routines, graphs), the photo is immediately and automatically deleted from your device and OpenAI's servers.
The outputs (e.g. scores, graphs, UGC images) may persist locally for display, but the original photos are not stored permanently.
5. Face Data Collection and Usage (Detailed)
This section provides complete transparency about how Mobiai collects, uses, stores, shares, and retains face data, in compliance with App Store requirements.
5.1 What Face Data Does Mobiai Collect?
Mobiai collects facial photographs that you voluntarily provide by:
• Capturing a photo using your device's camera within the app
• Uploading an existing photo from your device's photo library
The facial images are analyzed to extract cosmetic and appearance-related information, including:
• Overall cosmetic score (1-10 scale)
• Facial feature assessments (skin texture, tone, clarity)
• Cosmetic recommendations (non-medical, educational purposes only)
• Personalized skincare routine suggestions
• Visual data for progress tracking graphs
Important: Mobiai does NOT collect biometric identifiers for authentication or identification purposes. We do not create facial recognition profiles, facial templates, or use face data to identify individuals. The analysis is purely for cosmetic assessment and educational feedback.
5.2 How Is Face Data Used?
Face data collected by Mobiai is used exclusively for the following purposes:
1. Cosmetic Analysis: To generate a cosmetic score (1-10) representing facial appearance based on cosmetic and aesthetic factors.
2. Personalized Recommendations: To provide brief, educational cosmetic recommendations (maximum 20 words) related to skincare, appearance, or cosmetic concerns.
3. AI Skincare Routine: To generate personalized skincare routines and product recommendations based on your facial analysis, helping you create a customized beauty regimen tailored to your specific skin needs and concerns.
4. Progress Tracking: To create visual graphs and trend analysis showing changes in cosmetic scores over time, helping users track their cosmetic journey.
5. User-Generated Content: To create shareable images that combine your photo, cosmetic score, and Mobiai branding for optional sharing on social media or with friends.
6. App Functionality: To display your current analysis results within the app interface.
Face data is NOT used for:
• Medical diagnosis, treatment, or clinical advice
• Advertising or marketing purposes
• Selling or trading to third parties for profit
• Facial recognition or biometric authentication
• Identifying or tracking individuals
• Any purpose other than those explicitly stated above
5.3 Is Face Data Shared with Third Parties?
YES - For Analysis Purposes Only. Mobiai uses OpenAI's ChatGPT API to analyze your facial photographs.
When you capture or upload a photo for analysis, your facial image is securely transmitted to:
• OpenAI (ChatGPT/GPT-4 Vision API): This AI service provider processes your facial image to generate cosmetic scores, recommendations, and skincare routine suggestions.
Important Clarifications:
• Purpose: Your photos are sent to OpenAI ONLY for cosmetic analysis and generating personalized recommendations. They are NOT used for any other purpose.
• Data Retention by OpenAI: According to OpenAI's policies, images sent via their API are not used to train their models and are deleted after processing (typically within 30 days or less).
• No Mobiai Server Storage: Mobiai does NOT store your photos on our own servers. Photos are sent directly from your device to OpenAI's API and then deleted from your device immediately after analysis.
• Security: All data transmission to OpenAI uses encrypted HTTPS connections to protect your privacy.
• No Selling or Trading: Your face data is NOT sold, traded, or shared with advertisers, marketing companies, or data brokers.
Other Third-Party Services:
• Apple App Store / Google Play Store: For subscription billing only. These services do NOT receive or have access to your face data.
• No advertising networks, analytics providers, or data brokers have access to your facial images.
5.4 Where Is Face Data Stored?
Face data is temporarily stored in two locations during analysis:
• Your Device: Photos are stored in temporary cache memory on your device while being prepared for transmission to OpenAI.
• OpenAI Servers: Photos are temporarily stored on OpenAI's servers during analysis (typically seconds to minutes) and then automatically deleted according to their data retention policy (usually within 30 days maximum).
• No Mobiai Servers: Mobiai does NOT store your photos on our own servers or cloud storage.
• No Long-Term Storage: Photos are NOT stored permanently anywhere.
5.5 How Long Is Face Data Retained?
Face data retention follows these strict guidelines:
By Mobiai:
• Immediate Deletion from Device: Facial photographs are automatically deleted from your device immediately after being sent to OpenAI for analysis (typically within seconds).
• No Long-Term Storage: Original photos are NOT stored permanently on your device or Mobiai servers.
By OpenAI:
• Temporary Processing: OpenAI retains images only for the duration needed to process and generate analysis results (typically seconds to minutes).
• Automatic Deletion: According to OpenAI's policies, API images are automatically deleted within 30 days maximum, and are not used to train AI models.
User Control:
• Saved Images: If you choose to save or share a generated image (containing your photo, score, and branding), that image is saved to your device's photo library under your control. Mobiai and OpenAI do not retain a copy.
• Analysis Results: Cosmetic scores, recommendations, skincare routines, and graph data may be retained locally on your device to provide progress tracking functionality. These do not contain the original facial photograph.
• Complete Removal: Uninstalling the Mobiai app will permanently delete all locally stored data, including any cached analysis results.
Retention Summary:
- Original facial photos on your device: Deleted immediately after sending to OpenAI (0-5 seconds)
- Original facial photos on OpenAI servers: Deleted within 30 days maximum (typically much sooner)

Ownership of images remains with the user at all times.
Photos are sent to OpenAI (ChatGPT API) for analysis and deleted automatically after use. No photos are stored permanently by Mobiai.

• Mobiai branding/logo
These images are stored temporarily on the device and deleted automatically after sharing or when no longer needed.
6.3 Onboarding Inputs
Users may answer optional onboarding questions related to cosmetic preferences, lifestyle, or goals.
Inputs are used only to personalize cosmetic feedback.
Data is stored locally and never transmitted externally.
6.4 Daily Streak Data
Mobiai tracks daily usage streaks to encourage engagement.
Streak data is stored locally and associated only with the user device.
6.5 Subscription and Billing Information
Subscription status and payment confirmation are handled exclusively by Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Mobiai does not collect or store payment credentials.
Yearly subscriptions include a 3-day free trial. Monthly subscriptions do not include a trial.
Users receive notifications before the free trial ends.
6.6 Usage Analytics
Mobiai may collect minimal, anonymous usage data to improve App stability, performance, and reliability.
This data cannot identify users personally.
Analytics may include crash reports, feature usage, or performance metrics.

8. Data Storage and Retention
All user data (except photos sent to OpenAI) is stored locally on the device.
Temporary data, including photos, UGC images, scores, and graphs, is deleted automatically when no longer needed.
Recommendations and results are displayed but not stored permanently.
Users can remove all local data by deleting the App.
9. Children's Privacy
Mobiai is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction).
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10. Sharing and Social Features

11. Subscriptions & Free Trial
The yearly plan includes a 3-day free trial. The monthly plan does not include a free trial.
You will receive a notification 24 hours (or a specified time) before the free trial ends.
You can cancel at any time via your App Store / device subscription settings. If canceled before trial ends, you will not be charged.
Apple or Google handles all billing. Mobiai does not collect payment credentials.
12. Data Security & Deletion
All user data (scores, streaks, graphs, skincare routines) is stored locally on your device. Temporary files and images are deleted when no longer required.
Photos sent to OpenAI are transmitted via encrypted HTTPS connections and deleted according to OpenAI's data retention policy.
If you uninstall the app, all local data is removed.
You may also request deletion of all data via support email.
13. User Rights
Users have the right to:
• Access locally stored data (scores, streaks, graphs, skincare routines).
• Delete all local data by uninstalling the App.

We take your privacy seriously. Your photos are securely transmitted to OpenAI (ChatGPT API) using encrypted HTTPS connections for analysis only. Photos are automatically deleted after analysis.
We do not use third-party SDKs for advertising or personal data tracking. The only third-party services involved are OpenAI for AI analysis and Apple App Store/Google Play for billing.
